Swimming Remains In Third After Day Three of Championships

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Converse College swim team remains in third place after day three of the 2019 Bluegrass Mountain Conference Carolinas Championship. Emmanuel and Barton remain number one and two heading into the final day of action. The Valkyries were able to establish 11 lifetime bests on the evening.

Once again the relay team had a strong performance, this time the 200 free. Converse turned in a final time of 1:39.22, good enough for third place, while the splits were as follows: Olivia Trent (25.28), Tori Fulton (24.83), Lisa Studstill (24.90), and Sarah Russell (24.21).
