MOUNT BERRY, GA. - The Converse Swim team propelled themselves into second place on the final day of the Viking Invite on Saturday with 17 top-three finishes.

RESULTS
200 Medley Relay
The Valkyries picked up a first and fourth place finish in the event. Laura Ann Dixon, Anna Pettus, Sarah Russell and Hannah Asselin finished first in the event with a time of 1:54.87.
400 IM
Laura Ann Dixon picked up a first place finish by 20 seconds with a time of 4:43.53. Cassidy Rindge finished third and Shannon Smith grabbed a fifth place finish.
100 Butterfly
Sarah Russell went sub-1:00 with a time of 58.49 for a first place finish. Julia Campbell finished fifth.
200 Freestyle
Lisa Studsill touched the wall first with a time of 2:00.40. Hannah Asselin and Hannah Taber finished third and fifth respectively.
100 Breaststroke
Anna Pettus led the way for the Valkyries with a third place finish while teammate Cassidy Rindge finished fifth. Pettus clocked a time of 1:11.64.
100 Backstroke
Hannah Dickinson and Lisa Studsill finished 1-2 in the event separated by .08. Dickinson finished with a time of 1:03.19 and Studsill touched at 1:03.27.
800 Freestyle Relay
Converse took another first place finish with a time of 8:16.71. Laura Ann Dixon, Hannah Asselin, Lisa Studsill and Sarah Russell finished first for the Valkyries.
1650 Freestyle
Kathy Herman led the way for the Valkyries with a seventh place finish. Kendall Polk finished ninth. Herman touched the wall at 20:25.41.
200 Backstroke
Hannah Dickinson finished third for the Valkyries while Shannon Smith grabbed a fifth place finish. Dickinson touched the wall at 2:20.59.
100 Freestyle
Converse went 3-6 in the event. Sarah Russell finished third with a time of 56.10. Hannah Taber touched just behind Russell touched at 56.18. Lisa Studsill and Hannah Asselin finished with times of 57.00 and 57.62 respectively.
200 Breaststroke
Anna Pettus and Cassidy Rindge finished second and third in the event. Pettus finished with a time of 2:33.73, while Rindge touched at 2:40.37.
200 Butterfly
Laura Ann Dixon and Sarah Russell grabbed the top two spots with times of 2:11.13 and 2:15.80 respectively.
400 Freestyle Relay
Converse relay grabbed the top spot with a time of 3:44.53. Hannah Asselin, Lisa Studsill, Laura Ann Dixon, and Sarah Russell comprised of the relay.
