SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Head coach Patti McGowan and the Converse golf team have announced the spring portion of its 2018-19 competition year.
The Valkyries will start off with the annual Converse Spring Invite presented by Founders Federal Credit Union on February 18-19 before heading to Hilton Head, S.C. to take part in the 2019 Battle at Hilton Head on February 25-26.
After nearly a three-week hiatus in action Converse returns to the links at the Coker Spring Invitational in Hartsville, S.C. on March 18-19. One week later the team will travel to Tryon, N.C., participating in the 2019 Cherokee Valley Invitational.
Converse opens the month of April with a chance to showcase its talents at the Lady Bearcats Invitational, hosted by Lander University in Greenwood, S.C. on April 1-2 followed by the 2019 Conference Carolinas Championship, which will be held at the Cateechee Golf Club in Hartwell, Ga. on April 7-9.
