HOW IT HAPPENED
First Quarter

Second Quarter
That advantage ballooned to 24-9 following a Regan McCray triple, but Converse came battling back with six in a row, capped off by a jumper from Nardella. The Valkyries would eventually pull to within seven (30-23) following a layup from McMillian, but Limestone closed the half on a 10-0 run, taking a 40-23 lead into the break.
Third Quarter
Quin Byrd hit a shot from distance at the 7:06 mark of the third, allowing the Saints to double-up on Converse (52-26) early into the second half. The two teams traded the final 10 points of the quarter and Limestone took a 57-31 lead to the final stanza.
Fourth Quarter
Converse opened the fourth with seven in a row, trimming the deficit to 57-38, but from that point the scoring was evenly distributed by the two clubs as Limestone walked away with the 70-50 win.
