SPARTANBURG, S.C. - The Converse Basketball team will air on television twice during their preseason exhibitions against Division I opponents.
The Valkyries take on nearby USC Upstate on Friday, November 10 at approximately 8:30 pm in the Hodge Center in Spartanburg. The contest will be streamed on ESPN3. The contest is an exhibition for the Valkyries. You can follow the link here for the contest or on the WatchESPN app on your phone, tablet or device.
Converse will then play Gardner-Webb in Boiling Springs, N.C. on Wednesday, November 16 at 7pm. This contest is also an exhibition for the Valkyries. Gardner-Webb will be streaming the contest via the Big South Network.
The Purple and Gold open the regular season on Friday, November 18 against Lander at 6pm in the first game of the Courtyard Classic in Hannah Gym.
