CHARLESTON, S.C. - The Converse Equestrian Team competed in their final regular season show of the year on Saturday at the College of Charleston. The Valkyries placed fourth. The team competes in IHSA Zone 5 Region 3 which is comprised of 11 colleges and universities including those such as Wofford, Clemson, Furman, and other schools in the SC/GA states.
The results for Saturday are as follows:
Lauren Rockwell: 6th in Open Flat, 2nd in Open Fences, 5th in the region for the Open Division
Madeline Wagner: 5th in Intermediate Flat, Competed in Intermediate Fences
Jordan Raska: 1st in Intermediate Flat, 4th in Novice Fences
Corinne Flanary: Competed in Novice Flat
Julia Williams: 5th in Novice Flat, 4th in Novice Fences
Addie Ledbetter: Reserve in Novice Flat, Reserve in Novice Fences
Lauren Hooks: 1st in Novice Fences
Caroline Gilliam: 3rd in Advanced Walk/Trot/Canter
Katie Dixon: Competed in Advanced Walk/Trot/Canter
Carson Rehn: Competed in Advanced Walk/Trot/Canter
Josephine Grimmer: Competed in Advanced Walk/Trot/Canter
Heather McCrary: 3rd in Beginner Walk/Trot/Canter
Jennifer Matusik: 4th in Walk/Trot
